Questions
Do I pay anything for the preview?
No. We build the preview of your homepage before you pay. If you don't want to go ahead, nothing is owed.
Will I lose my products, apps or reviews?
No. The new theme is installed next to your current one. Your products, customers, orders, apps and pages stay exactly where they are, and we publish only after you approve.
How long does it take?
A landing page takes 3 days. A full store redesign takes 7 days from when we receive staff access and any content you want changed.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% before the new theme goes live. Landing pages are paid upfront. Pay by card through Stripe or by bank transfer through Wise.
Who owns the theme?
You do, once the final payment is made. We'd like to show the work in our portfolio, and we'll ask first.
Do you work with stores outside jewelry?
Skincare and perfume are next. If your store is in another category, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
