- Scope
- Each project is described in a one-page agreement sent with the deposit invoice: the pages included, price, payment split and delivery time.
- Payment
- Full store and premium redesigns: 50% deposit to start, 50% before the new theme is published. Landing pages: 100% upfront. Care plans: monthly, cancel any time.
- Delivery
- Delivery times start when we have received your deposit, staff or collaborator access, and any content you want changed.
- Revisions
- Two rounds of revisions are included. Further changes are quoted separately.
- Your store
- We work on an unpublished copy of your theme and publish only after final payment and your approval. Your products, customers and orders are never deleted.
- Ownership
- You own the theme once paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio with your permission.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Services are provided by Elitegains Ltd.
